Common Space Masking Effective Tuesday, September 7th, 2021.

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students of Fox Creek School, 

In light of the change in Alberta Government policy to masking in public and workspaces, Northern Gateway Public Schools will move to "Common Space Masking" effective Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2021.

Common Space Masking means wearing masks indoors when not at one's own individual workspace or desk area.  Masks MUST be worn in hallways and other areas where staff and students are moving around other people or in congested spaces where physical distancing cannot be maintained. The goal is to reduce overall exposure.

At this time, Common Space Masking is in effect for Kindergarten through to Grade 12 students, as well as for staff.  A mask will be provided to each student on Tuesday morning. 

Student and staff safety remains a priority at Fox Creek School. Again, we thank-you for your continued cooperation and adherence while we navigate this ever-changing situation.
